With the Team Design in hand, we source for each role, rigorously screening for competence, attitude, and motivation. We score the applicants and submit them to you to interview, or you can expedite the process and start with our recommended team.

With a committed team selected, we coordinate a start date where we meet on Day One to get everything started out smoothly. Of course, we do all the HR background work, as well as validate their IT readiness to make sure there are no hiccups. An Account Manager will follow up Day One with a two-week Success Plan to make sure you have all the tools and best practices at your finger tips.

The meat and potatoes of most agile processes is the Daily Standup. Our teams understand this and expect these daily meetings where they cover their progress, their plan, and their needs for the day.

Standups are important, but with Seva you are getting more than just the team. Your Account Manager will meet with your daily point-of-contact (POC) over your team every week to provide added support. Together they will solve problems with your team, help you reward the team for wins, and handle any administrative issues that arise.

Quarterly Business Reviews are a key opportunity for you as a stakeholder to meet with your Account Manager and give feedback on progress towards your key objectives, maintain alignment in the relationship, and plan for the future needs of the team.
